Executive Management - Leadership in Custom Programming Services

Suzie DeBusk, CEO

For more than 25 years, Suzie DeBusk has worked with US and international companies as an independent consultant in all aspects of custom programming and software development: needs analysis, system design, programming, implementation, and support.

Recently, Suzie was engaged by a Fortune 100 company to travel throughout the US and Europe to teach technology bootcamps covering database design and e-commerce solutions using Oracle DBMS, Dreamweaver, HTML, JAVA, and JavaScript.

Ms. DeBusk's entertaining, witty, and high-energy style has resulted in frequent invitations to speak to professional organizations on a variety of topics, some of which have been starting her own business, how to get the most from your computer consultant, and her favorite, based on her frequent trips to Africa, riding horseback through Kenya.

Suzie is a long time member and former president of the Indialantic Rotary Club, and is involved with the Economic Development Commission of the Space Coast and the Society for Information Managers.

Sylvia Garner, President

Sylvia Garner has worked for almost 30 years with a variety of companies as an employee or an independent consultant providing services ranging from process reengineering to system design, installation, and support.  Sylvia specializes in requirements definition and project management for DragonPoint's custom programming services, and she enjoys the challenge of discovering and implementing the best software solution for each client.

Before joining DragonPoint, Ms. Garner worked for a high-technology Fortune 200 company, an electric utility, and a bank. With each company, her responsibilities included business process improvement. During her ten years with Harris Corporation, she worked as a sales and marketing systems consultant supporting businesses throughout the US and England. As the manager of office systems for the Harris corporate office, she managed the installation and support of email and other desktop applications, corporate operating procedures, and computer systems documentation.

Although she graduated from Stetson University (DeLand, Florida) and completed graduate classes at the University of Central Florida (Orlando), her son and daughter's selection of the University of Florida has converted Sylvia into an enthusiastic Gator sports fan.

Sylvia is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Women's Business Center at FIT and a member of the Elder Board at Georgianna United Methodist Church.
